Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract)Mansfield Outside IR35 Circa 400/day Contract until ChristmasA growing multidisciplinary consultancy based in Mansfield is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a key bid project through a busy period up until Christmas.This opportunity will focus on providing commercial support on a bid involving a bespoke form of contract and non-standard methods of measurement. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing commercial team and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of tender submissions and commercial activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide commercial support on a live bid project.Review and interpret bespoke contract documentation.Prepare cost estimates, valuations and commercial submissions.Assist with commercial risk management and contract administration.Support tender and bid activities from a commercial perspective.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet project and submission deadlines.Ensure accurate commercial reporting and documentation throughout the bid process.Required ExperienceProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.Strong commercial and contractual management capabilities.Experience supporting tenders, bids or pre-construction activities.Ability to understand and work with bespoke forms of contract.Strong cost management, estimating and commercial reporting experience.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to work ..... full job details .....
