What You ll Be Doing: Response is looking for an enthusiastic, caring person to join their dedicated team at Scrutton Close! The Scrutton Close team focus on supporting clients within their own accommodation. Staff offer a high level of support, and work closely with clients to achieve their personal goals and gain increased independence before taking the next step in their journey. Scrutton is staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week, with a sleep-in employee available from 11 pm until 7 am. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to residents with serious mental illness including adults who have a primary diagnosis of a psychotic illness often with one or more coexisting conditions such physical health issues, neurodiversity, drugs and alcohol use and cognitive impairment.
