Role: As a Desk-Based Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of builders merchant customers through a structured call plan. You will play a critical role in supporting business growth initiatives, executing promotional activity, and building long-term customer relationships. Working collaboratively with field sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders, you will drive sales performance and ensure customers receive outstanding service and commercial support.
