Business Development Manager Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a BDM on behalf of our client in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business. You can be based anywhere in the UK and will be expected to travel to meet customers, both in the UK and overseas. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across UK and international markets. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales and growth objectives. Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, buying groups and commercial partners. Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective customers through proactive business development activity. Lead customer meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations. Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial agreements. Work collaboratively with marketing to support product launches, promotional activity and lead generation campaigns. Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and expand product listings within target accounts. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new commercial opportunities. Attend trade exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings to represent the business and develop new relationships. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and CRM records.
