The company offers an attractive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, on-site parking, and a supportive working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnnual Budget PreparationPrepare the organisation''s overall annual budget.Complete and submit all required documentation to the General Council.Annual Financial Audit and AccountsPrepare information for the annual audit and financial statements for submission to auditors.Produce accounts to trial balance for delivery to auditors/accountants.Liaise with auditors throughout the audit process.Complete and submit annual accounts to the General Council.Management AccountsPrepare monthly management accounts for the Leadership Team.Other DutiesOversee day-to-day financial transactions in collaboration with the Delegation Treasurer, including international payments and receipts.Line manage Finance Assistant(s).Support medium- and long-term financial planning.Ensure accurate preparation of community accounts.Oversee outsourced payroll activities.Ensure compliance with commission finance requirements and reporting.Assist with ..... full job details .....
