Are you an electrical design engineer with experience in building services, looking to expand your skillset and experience through training and development to fill skill gaps?

My client specialise in electrical and mechanical design consultancy services and have recently been acquired by a reputable group who specialise multi-disciplinary sustainable solutions. Working in collaboration with a list of leading consultancy firms in the UK - this is the chance to join a company who are paving their way to being an industry leader.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing electrical design consultancy services primarily to clients within industrial spheres - where you will receive training into specific industrial solutions.

This is the ideal role for someone well versed in electrical building services design looking for a chance to join a reputable group with strong development and progression opportunities. You will have the chance to train and develop into sustainable design solutions and fill any skill gaps you may have.

The role:

• Management of the electrical building design projects - including but not limited to automation, lighting, sustainability, utilities and refrigeration.
• Working with project leaders on site audits, consultancy work, calculations, feasibility studies, electrical design and tender processes.
• Taking ownership of proposals / quotes and regulatory standards.
• Primary working with industrial projects - training provided.
• Hybrid working.

The Person:

• Experience in Electrical Desing within building services.
• Open experience background - as training can be provided to assess skill gaps.
• Electrical CAD design experience.
• Relevant engineering qualification - Degree, HNC or HND.
• Open to upskilling and personal development.
