Project Manager - RC Frame - SouthamptonWe are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established specialist contractor on projects in Southampton.The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for delivering reinforced concrete frame and associated groundworks packages safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities:Managing reinforced concrete frame projects from start to completionOverseeing site teams, subcontractors, trades and labourManaging reinforcement, formwork and concrete operationsCoordinating associated groundworks, drainage, foundations and basement worksMonitoring project programmes, budgets and progressManaging health and safety across the projectLiaising with clients, consultants, engineers and senior managementMaintaining quality control and ensuring works meet drawings and specificationsProducing progress reports and attending project meetingsRequirements:Previous Project Manager experience within constructionStrong RC-frame experience is essentialExperience with groundworks, basements or structural projects is beneficialStrong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete constructionExcellent leadership, communication and organisational skillsRelevant qualifications and site-management cardsFull UK driving licence preferredSalary and package are negotiable depending on experience.To apply, contact Ryan on (phone number removed) or submit your CV for consideration ..... full job details .....
