Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker on behalf of a client based in Kidderminster. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve heavy lifting.

Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain an organised warehouse environment by properly storing materials and products.
• Build pallets and prepare items for dispatch according to company standards.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy in inventory records.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Proven ability to perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Temp to perm, hours of work are Monday - Friday, 11.30am-8.30pm.
