Mobile Mechanic / Vehicle Technician required in Stratford, London.

Our client is one of the most successful Mobile Vehicle Repair Services in the UK, they are looking for a skilled Mobile Mechanic / Vehicle Technician who wants to move into a role covering the Stratford, London and surrounding area working on vehicles at customer premises.

Responsibilities of this role include:

- Covering a defined geographical location doing diagnostics, brakes, servicing.
- Day-to-day you will leave your home, drive to collect the parts for that day then drive to first job.
- Every day is different, different people and surroundings and locations as well as great job satisfaction as you repair the vehicles at customer premises.

- You will work at customers’ homes or place of work.
- Good Flexibility of working times – its more Monday to Friday type role.
- Offer a good work/life balance having the weekends to yourself.

Details and Benefits of this Mobile Mechanic / Vehicle Technician vacancy:

- Competitive Basic Salary of £43,625 (Including £5,000 London Weighting Allowance) p.a.
- Overall earning potential of £52,000 p.a. with bonuses and overtime.
- Contracted 40-hours per week, shifts worked Monday to Saturday between 8.00am to 8.00pm.
- Full time hours with opportunities for overtime, paid at time+half rate.
- 23 days annual leave rising to 25 with service, plus bank holidays.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A minimum of a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- Have a minimum of 3 years time served as a Vehicle Technician within a professional Automotive workshop.
- Demonstrative a strong technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
- A customer focused and problem solving approach.
- Be happy and able to work alone.
- A full UK driving licence.

The successful Mobile Mechanic / Vehicle Technician will be enrolled on to a 6 week training programme, this will involve classroom-based training, from the start, once completed you will them move out to working on a mobile basis.
