As a Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer, you''ll be working within the Kier Facilities Management team, supporting the Operations Manager in delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across our Westminster portfolio. What will your day to day look like? Your day to day will include:Delivering both reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure full compliance and achievement of service level agreements.Working closely with the local engineering and administration team to plan workloads and maximise productivity.Managing and supporting subcontractors to ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to Kier standards.Carrying out and submitting quoted works within agreed SLAs and budget requirements.Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
