As their project workload continues to grow, they are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across London and North Kent. Role Overview: Manage the successful delivery of multiple mechanical fit-out projects from inception to completion. Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards. Drive progress in line with programme and financial targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Support project delivery through planning, coordination, and problem-solving. Requirements: Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role. Background delivering projects within commercial, healthcare, or education sectors.
