Our nursery is set on a working farm, in beautiful surroundings, nestled at the foot of the South Downs National Park. The Role We are looking for a passionate, motivated and inspirational Nursery Manager, who has experience in leading a team and a passion for outdoor learning and understanding of child-led education principles.You will be focused on Learning, Teaching and Development.You will report to the Nursery Director and work closely alongside the Management team to ensure the highest standard of care and education for all children. You will have responsibility for coordinating the Pedagogy across the nursery, creating an inspiring and beautiful environment which serves as a third teacher in children''s learning.Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach is preferable, although not essential.
