Location: Field-based across Hampshire, Surrey and Wiltshire

Salary: -52,000 per annul

Installation Target: Approximately three domestic installations per week

The Role

Valoris Group is recruiting an experienced Solar PV Electrician for a permanent, field-based position covering domestic properties throughout Hampshire, Surrey and Wiltshire.

The successful candidate will complete approximately three high-quality solar installations per week. Although the company''s head office is based in Whiteley, all equipment and materials will be delivered directly to site, allowing the electrician to travel straight to each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete electrical work for domestic Solar PV installations.
• Install, connect and commission Solar PV systems.
• Carry out inspection, testing and certification.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical or system-related issues.
• Ensure installations comply with current electrical regulations and industry standards.
• Complete approximately three installations per week.
• Maintain accurate testing, commissioning and installation records.
• Work safely and professionally within customers'' homes.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the wider installation team.
• Maintain the company vehicle, tools and equipment provided.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience completing domestic Solar PV installations.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification, or recognized equivalent.
• Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Relevant electrical NVQ qualification.
• Strong knowledge of domestic electrical systems.
• Ability to test, commission and certify completed work.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout Hampshire, Surrey and Wiltshire.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
