Brian Kelly Solicitors is seeking to recruit an experienced Experienced Conveyancing , Will and Probate Solicitor to join its busy and well-established practice, preferably on full-time basis, though part-time will also be considered. The firm is particularly interested in hearing from Solicitors with at least 3 years'' PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing, alongside Probate and Wills. Key Responsibilities Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion. Handling sales, purchases and re-mortgages Drafting wills Administering estates and probate matters Ensuring compliance with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors Requirements Proven 3+ years PQE in Conveyancing Strong practical experience in Conveyancing, Wills and Probate Ability to manage your caseload independently Strong client care and communication skills. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of file management system.
