Business Development and Social Value Manager Location: Greater Manchester Salary: Competitive Reporting To: Managing Director / Senior Leadership Team Overview An established construction and property services organisation is seeking an experienced Business Development and Social Value Manager to support continued business growth while leading the delivery of social value commitments across projects, frameworks and client contracts. This is a varied role combining business development, client relationship management, tender support, social value delivery and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in securing future opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring social value commitments are delivered effectively throughout project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities Social Value and Community Engagement Develop and implement the organisation''s Social Value strategy. Coordinate and manage Social Value commitments across projects and frameworks. Produce and oversee Employment and Skills Plans (ESPs). Attend client, framework and stakeholder meetings relating to Social Value delivery. Develop relationships with schools, colleges, charities, local authorities and community organisations. Coordinate apprenticeship, training and employment initiatives. Organise work experience placements and community engagement activities.
