CNX Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor, who operate UK wide, to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a major project based in Northampton, starting in November 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager to join a respected contractor delivering work within secure, highly regulated environments. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site activities and manage site teams and subcontractors Ensure works are delivered in line with programme schedules and project specifications Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on site at all times Coordinate with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress meetings Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects Experience working within Ministry of Justice (MoJ) frameworks is highly desirable and will be prioritised.
