Vision for Education is looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our SEN Teaching Assistant supply team, supporting specialist primary and secondary schools across Hereford from September 2026.

As a leading education recruitment agency, we provide staff to SEND schools on a day-to-day basis. You''ll initially join our supply register, offering flexible work around your availability, with regular opportunities to move into long-term, part-time or full-time school placements.

You''ll support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including:

• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Moderate to Profound Learning Difficulties (MLD, SLD & PMLD)
• Complex physical disabilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Encouraging learning, communication and independence
• Supporting behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Working closely with teachers and other professionals

We welcome applicants with 2+ years'' experience in roles such as:

• Support Worker
• Care or Healthcare Assistant
• Residential or Mental Health Support Worker
• Autism or Learning Disability Support Worker
• Youth, Family or Behaviour Support Worker
• Nursery Practitioner or Teaching Assistant
• Or any similar care, support or education role
