This Yorkshire chain can offer you the opportunity to make your mark in this kitchen:Freedom in menu writing including seasonal specialsStock management and orderingSupervision of chefs and kitchen portersPreparing food, cooking to order and running serviceResponsible for completion of kitchen paperwork and adherence to legislationGenerally working Wednesday to Sunday, 45 hours per week however part time hours could also be consideredWe would expect the successful Head Chef to have kitchen management experience and a creative flair.
