Larger and more complex schemes are delivered collaboratively with senior input, while smaller to mid-sized projects allow surveyors real autonomy. The workload is varied and technically interesting, with a strong focus on the education sector (circa 60-70%), alongside healthcare/NHS, commercial and some residential projects.
