The firm has an integrated approach to measuring and reporting ESG factors and uses this information to support investee company growth.We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Investment Associate to join the team and contribute to pipeline investments, investment management of portfolio companies, and portfolio reporting across the UK, Benelux, DACH, Spain, and Scandinavia. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding capabilities across Europe, where the fund has a proven track record.Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, including preparing investment committee papers, reviewing due diligence reports, and legal documentationAssisting partners in investment and portfolio managementSupporting the regular portfolio reporting processCandidate requirements:

Proficiency in one or more NW European languages, such as Dutch, German, or Scandinavian languages, or strong cultural understanding of these marketsExperience at the senior analyst/associate level in private equity, with pan-European transaction experienceStrong financial modelling skillsPersonable, a team player, and willing to assist across various office functionsInterest in the circular economyAdditional details:
