Due to continued growth, they''re looking to welcome a Town Planner on a full-time basis, although they''re equally open to speaking with experienced Principal or Associate Planners seeking part-time opportunities. Joining a close-knit planning team of three, you''ll work across a varied portfolio of projects, with residential development forming the core of the business alongside mixed-use, retail and heritage-led schemes. The Role Manage planning applications and planning appraisals. Provide planning advice across a diverse range of projects. Work closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines. Build and maintain strong client relationships. About You Experience within a planning consultancy or local authority. MRTPI (or working towards) is desirable. Residential planning experience is preferred, with exposure to mixed-use, retail or heritage projects being an advantage. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
