Instructions are received at varying stages of the claim process and so a full knowledge of handling RTA claims from pre-litigation through to conclusion via a court hearing is necessary. The main aspects of the role will involve: Review and analysis of files throughout the life of the case, and in accordance with the client guidelines Develop and maintain client relationships, always keeping the client at the heart of every decision Formulating an initial strategy for approval by Technical Supervisor.
