This role will be instrumental in defining, visualizing, and standardizing how services are identified, categorized, and presented, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Establish Service Mapping Foundations Define and document the current portfolio of services offered across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine the service inventory. 2. Define Service Display Criteria Develop and implement criteria for how services should be represented, including: Service Layers and Color Coding for visual clarity. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics. Priority Levels based on business impact and urgency. Ownership Models (In-house vs. Supply Chain/Third-party). Hosting Locations (Cloud, On-premises, Hybrid). 3. Design Service Presentation Structure Create a standardized structure for presenting service architecture.
