This is a varied and hands on role that will support the day to day running of the business across finance, administration and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly while supporting multiple areas of the business.ResponsibilitiesIssuing sales invoices and processing purchase invoicesPosting bank transactions, cash and chequesManaging company diary coordination, appointments and timekeepingReconciling bank accounts and customer control accountsManaging petty cash and supplier statementsSupporting credit control, supplier payments and credit card logsCollating salary data and supporting finance administrationCompleting account reconciliations across multiple systems and platformsSupporting month end close for stock, sales and purchasesManaging insurance administration and internal tracking systemsReviewing credit limits and supporting customer account setupHandling finance queries and supplier contracts including utilities and insuranceMaintaining annual leave records and supporting HR administrationCoordinating stock takes, incoming mail and ad hoc office administration tasksRequirementsPrevious experience within a bookkeeping or finance administration roleStrong ..... full job details .....
