They re currently looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee works across sites located along the M4 and M3 corridor, ideally someone commutable to their Bracknell-based office. The Role: Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion across multiple commercial projects Coordinate with in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery is on time and within budget Oversee procurement, scheduling, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle Work closely with design and site teams to ensure buildability and quality Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and best practices Report on project progress, risks, and financial performance to senior leadership Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the commercial fit-out or refurbishment sector Comfortable managing multiple projects across a regional patch Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and supply chain Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services SMSTS or ..... full job details .....
