TXM Recruit is currently supporting the recruitment of a Temporary Executive Assistant to CEO to provide high-level administrative and executive support within a busy senior leadership environment.This is a key role supporting the CEO with the effective management of their diary, meetings, correspondence and priorities, while also providing important support around Board and senior leadership meetings.The RoleAs Temporary Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as a trusted and highly organised point of support, ensuring the CEO''s time is managed effectively and that key meetings, documentation and actions are coordinated accurately.You will be responsible for:Managing the CEO''s diary and schedule, prioritising competing demands and ensuring effective use of their time.Managing CEO expenses.Coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments and commitments.Preparing briefing materials, presentations, correspondence and other documentation.Managing incoming correspondence and communications where appropriate.Arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries when required.Maintaining accurate records and documentation.Carrying out research and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.Coordinating the preparation and collation of Board papers and meeting documentation.Working with colleagues to ensure papers are accurate and submitted within agreed deadlines.Preparing and circulating agendas and meeting packs.Coordinating meeting arrangements, including venues, ..... full job details .....
