We''re looking for an organised, customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing Commercial team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers from order through to delivery.

What you''ll be doing

Working with a range of premium retail, wholsale and foodservice customers you''ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery and invoicing.

  • Coordinating with Production, Logistics and Finance to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

  • Building strong day-to-day relationships with customers.

  • Producing reports, forecasts and performance insights.

  • Supporting Account Managers with customer meetings and commercial activity.

  • Maintaining CRM systems and customer records.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.



What we''re looking for

You''ll be someone who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Ideally, you''ll have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with Excel.

  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
