This is a key technical position within the business, taking responsibility for the design and technical management of high-rise recladding projects across RIBA Stages 3-6. We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience within the high-rise recladding sector, including experience in the preparation and coordination of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) submissions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, designers, specialist subcontractors and internal project teams, ensuring design information is coordinated, compliant and suitable for successful project delivery. The Role As Technical / Design Manager, you will take ownership of the technical and design process across high-rise recladding projects, from developed design through to construction, completion and handover.
