On offer is a long-term role where you''ll work closely with an experienced Principal Engineer, receive ongoing 1-to-1 support and access funded external training (with course clawbacks), alongside structured leadership coaching. This is an established ground investigation and site investigation drilling services provider, supporting a range of projects with a strong rail-sector workload alongside work across energy and highways. Due to continued growth and ambitious plans to double headcount over the next 3-5 years, they are looking to add to their specialist team.
