Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for the offline programming of Trumpf CNC Punch and Laser machines, working closely with Contracts Engineers, Applications Engineers and the Works Supervisor.Job Duties:Create and run offline programming for punch and laser machines using TruTops softwareRead and work from detailed engineering design drawingsWork closely with Contracts Engineers, Applications Engineers and Works Supervisors to ensure efficient machine operationSupport the effective running of CNC punch and laser machineryMaintain high standards of housekeeping and support 5S initiativesPromote continuous improvement across the departmentAttend meetings as requiredEnsure compliance with business management systems and company proceduresAdhere to all health and safety regulationsJob Requirements:Proven experience in a similar CNC programming roleStrong experience with TruTops, TruPunch and/or TruBend softwarePrevious experience programming Trumpf CNC Punch and Laser machinesAbility to read and interpret detailed engineering drawingsExcellent attention ..... full job details .....
