Client Details The successful candidate will be involved in high-value, precedent-setting competition litigation, including follow-on damages claims, cartel matters, abuse of dominance disputes, and multi-jurisdictional contentious competition issues. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners who are leaders in their field and to act for major international corporates, financial institutions, and global technology companies. Although competition litigation will form the core of the role, the associate will also gain exposure to a broader caseload of complex commercial disputes.
