Finance Transformation Project Manager (Interim) Location: Belfast City Centre (Flexible with occasional travel to company locations and supplier meetings) Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract Full-time Hybrid working Salary: £49,351.42 - £60,000 per annum Reed Accountancy is partnered with an organisation in Belfast city centre in the appointment of a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of a new Finance and Procurement ERP system (Access Financials). This role is crucial for delivering the project within agreed scope, timescales, budget, and quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and subject matter experts to ensure effective project delivery, user adoption, and organisational readiness for go-live. Day-to-Day of the Role: Project Management and Delivery Governance and Reporting Data Migration Testing and Quality Assurance Change Management and Organisational Readiness Go-Live and Hypercare Support Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience. Project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or equivalent) or demonstrable experience managing complex projects. Proven track record of successfully delivered finance system/ERP implementation projects. Experience in leading large-scale organisational change programmes.
