A growing building services engineering consultancy has recently moved into a brand-new office in central Bristol and is looking to add a Junior Mechanical Engineer to its expanding team.

This consultancy is known for delivering sustainable, low-energy engineering solutions across a wide variety of sectors including commercial, education, arts, heritage, leisure, and residential projects. Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of mechanical building services designs.
• Assist with calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
• Work alongside experienced engineers on a variety of projects.
• Attend site visits and surveys where required.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Learn industry standards, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Support project delivery from concept through to completion.

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Passion for sustainable engineering and low-energy design.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is beneficial.
• Eagerness to learn and progress professionally.
• Placement or internship experience is advantageous.
