Our client based in Central London is looking for several Polish Speaking Event Assistants to join their team on a temporary basis. This will be working in different locations, and the transport will be provided from a central pickup point. Main responsibilities: Preparing, assembling, and supporting the distribution of the equipment and materials across various locations in London and surrounding areas Carrying out setup and cleanup tasks at designated venues before and after the event Coordinating with the administrators of the premises Providing assistance to the visitors throughout the event Handling, moving, and organizing packages and documents during and after the event Moving boxed product (up to 5kg) and distributing to stations at the venue Requirements: Proficiency in both English and Polish is a MUST Availability and willingness to travel within and outside London. Shifts will include weekends, early mornings, and late evenings (transport will be provided) Physical fitness to perform manual tasks (e.g. lifting, organizing materials/documents) Good manners, effective communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team Commitment, diligence, and reliability in fulfilling duties Right to work in the UK This is a short-term role, and it will be taking place between 6th May 6th June.
