Duties and Responsibilities Sell high-quality used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Manage enquiries from multiple channels including telephone, online and showroom visits. Guide customers through the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Promote finance, warranty and additional products to maximise profitability. Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets. Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with current market trends.
