We are looking for an experienced Data and Systems Manager to optimize our D365 Finance and Operations (D365 FandO) system. You''ll lead a geographically distributed team, enhance system performance, implement automated solutions, and standardize global processes to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement : Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, perform gap analysis, and manage implementation of improvement initiativesSystem Management : Manage D365 FandO upgrades, testing, and performance optimization while staying current with Microsoft roadmapTeam Leadership : Lead and mentor systems accountants, data masters, and analystsStakeholder Management : Collaborate with process owners, IT teams, and leadership while communicating technical information to non-technical audiencesReporting and Analytics : Ensure data integrity, support Financial Planning and Analysis, and develop analytics tools to measure performanceCompliance and Security : Maintain compliance with regulations, internal policies, and data security standardsEssential Requirements

Technical Experience

5+ years configuring and supporting D365 Finance and Operations (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management)Microsoft Dynamics Finance certification (current version preferred)Strong knowledge of D365 FandO modules: General Ledger, Project Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash and Bank, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Revenue RecognitionExperience with LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and Business IntelligenceProficiency in SQL, Python, Power BIFinancial reporting systems experience (e.g., Tagetik)Strong project management and business analysis skillsPlease DM or email andrew@systemsaccountants.com if this role is of interest.
