What You''ll Be Doing Direct Outbound/Inbound Sales: Contact new and existing landlords to offer a wide range of specialised insurance products. Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs, provide accurate quotes, handle objections, and confidently close sales. Compliant Operations: Ensure all sales and processes adhere strictly to industry regulations using our in-house CRM (Salesforce) and insurance partner platforms. Lead Generation and Conversion: Help identify the best methods to generate and convert lead opportunities. Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting rapport with landlords to drive account retention and customer satisfaction. What We''re Looking For Sales and Customer Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a busy, target-driven sales or customer care environment. Phone Confidence: Excellent phone manner with proven skills in building instant rapport, handling objections, and closing deals.
