As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you''ll support the commercial management of projects that may range from £10M - £100+ . Working under the guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll help manage costs, assess financial viability, and ensure value for money while maintaining compliance with legal and contractual standards. Your day to day may include: Assisting in the financial assessment and reporting of projectsSupporting procurement activities and evaluating subcontractor returnsManaging applications for payment and conducting on-site measurementsProducing commercial reports and maintaining accurate project documentationCollaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives What are we looking for?
