We are looking for a motivated Residential Electrical Estimator to join our growing team in our Oxford office. You will be working alongside and learning from our current Residential Electrical Estimator.You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for residential electrical installations, refurbishments, maintenance works, and renewable technologies. The role is ideal for someone with practical on-site experience who is now looking to develop their commercial, planning, and estimating skills.Key Responsibilities:-Produce accurate estimates and quotations for residential electrical projectsReview drawings, specifications, and client requirementsWork closely with the operations team to ensure realistic and competitive pricingLiaise with suppliers to obtain up-to-date material and equipment costsIdentify labour, materials, and time requirements for each projectBuild strong client relationships and support the preparation of bid submissionsEnsure all work complies with relevant electrical regulations and standardsRequired Experience and Skills:-Electrical experience is essential (domestic/residential preferred)Understanding of electrical installations, materials, and regulationsStrong analytical and numerical skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawingsGood communication ..... full job details .....
