Our client based in Surrey/West London area are on the lookout for an artworker to join the studio team, they are back to 5 days a week in the studio but they do have every other Friday off which is not taken out of the given holiday. This is for a design agency who work in packaging with a number of well know and small independent brands As a Creative Artworker, you will be experienced in design, packaging artwork, and working with style guides. You will take ownership of the design and creative implementation process, incorporating guidelines into master artwork / templates to ensure design aspiration works across all pack formats. To ensure the artwork team can use your design adaptation files to replicate the style guide requirements efficiently and without requiring additional design approval. To help and support the creation and management of all required master assets and to feed into the style guide process where appropriate. You will have a good eye for design and be a good communicator. Excellent FMCG packaging experience Expert knowledge of packaging artwork and associated printing technologies. For example, from a background as a packaging/technical artworker or have print reproduction experience. Demonstrating an understanding of internal artwork procedures and standards, client artwork expectations, and the demands for executing a high turnover of artworks for a major retailer (thousands of SKU''s per year).
