A top provincial law firm with over 12 offices are seeking a Litigation Solicitor from 10 years + PQE to join their Civil and Commercial Litigation team. This position is agile working and can be based at any of their offices in the Midlands, London or Hertfordshire. Essential experience for this Litigation Solicitor role: Experience as a Litigation Solicitor in the UK with 10 years +PQE Manage a varied caseload of commercial and general civil litigation matters, including shareholder and company disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, PI, negligence, and property litigation. Draft, prepare and organise witness statements, pleadings and trial bundles. Conduct advocacy in the County Court and High Court where appropriate. Liaise with Counsel and manage external legal resources effectively. Undertake costs management, budgeting and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures. Apply a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and related procedural requirements.
