ICT Service Manager Permanent Hybrid Sydenham Up to 60,000 DOE Our client, a values driven healthcare organisation, are looking to expand their growing team and are looking to hire an ICT Service Manager to be based in their Sydenham office. The team is truly enthusiastic about what they do and they are looking for someone who is collaborative and innovative to join them WHAT YOU''LL DO: Reporting into the Business Operations Leader, you will be key in improving and introducing new internal systems platforms and technologies. You will work across the company to understand it''s ever changing needs and be at the very forefront of new technologies that can help advance their digital capabilities. Responsibilities:Acting as the primary liaison between the company and its providers to ensure support is delivered effectivelyPromote the adoption of new technology and lead the adoption of new digital solutions and improvementsEnsure full compliance, conducting regular audits and ensuring the company complies with both legal and internal policiesManage end to end projects, meeting deadlines and supporting on both day to day and technical initiativesAct as on site support and stakeholder manager, providing training here neededManage and maintain core ICT systems including Microsoft 365Oversee user and device management including licensing, permissions, device set ups and migrations and trouble shootingCollaborate with CEO and SLT to identify business needs and recommend improvements ..... full job details .....
