This is a varied underwriting role - cutting across multiple products, geographies, and distribution partners - suited to someone who thrives in a non-traditional, fast-evolving environment.What You''ll Do:Underwrite across a diversified portfolio with low nat cat and low limit exposure across territories.Engage directly with brokers, Coverholders, and capital providers on both renewal and new business opportunities.Travel internationally to build relationships and source new distribution deals.Work with actuarial and data teams to assess portfolio performance and optimise underwriting strategy.What You''ll BringDelegated authority or reinsurance experience, ideally with a portfolio-based underwriting mindset.Commercial acumen and the confidence to engage independently with stakeholders.A flexible, analytical approach to risk selection and management.A collaborative, honest and ambitious mindset, ready to contribute to a dynamic team culture.What''s on ..... full job details .....
