My highly successful and well regarded Estate Agency client is looking to add to their in-house Mortgage Services team and are looking for an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Adviser to join them in their Romford office.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Mortgage Adviser:

?Nurturing relationships with the Estate Agency team, providing training and support

?Maximising the opportunity from internal leads

?Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients

?Deliver exceptional customer service

?Generate your own new business opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Mortgage and Protection Advisor:

?CeMAP level 1 or industry equivalent qualification is essential

?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

?A Full UK driving licence and access to your own business appropriate vehicle

?Experience of delivering exceptional results

My client is paying a base salary of up to -28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be -(phone number removed).
