Provide daily oversight and monitoring of an offshore processing team, ensuring alignment with local and global operational standards. Complete comprehensive daily cash and stock reconciliations, taking responsibility for resolving assigned breaks efficiently and accurately. Contribute actively to increasing Straight Through Processing (STP) rates for paper confirmations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions. Handle the confirmation process for Fixed Income and Central business lines, ensuring that all economic and non-economic terms are captured correctly in documentation.
