Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties across South West London. Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors. Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and arranging repairs through approved contractors. Obtaining quotations, instructing works and monitoring progress through to completion. Conducting routine property inspections and producing detailed inspection reports. Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating terms where required. Overseeing compliance requirements including gas safety certificates, EICRs, EPCs and smoke alarm regulations. Managing check-ins, check-outs and deposit-related matters.
