This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a warm desk and make a real impact within a supportive, high-performing team.Key Responsibilities: Full 360 recruitment across the industrial sector, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing roles.Developing strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews.Sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.Managing temporary and permanent vacancies from job briefing through to placement.Ensuring all compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination tasks are completed accurately.Meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and revenue targets.
