Your Role Will Include:

• Leading a KS1 class with creativity, care, and confidence
• Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
• Supporting pupils in developing core literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Creating a calm, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
• Using assessment data to inform teaching and provide targeted support
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Contributing to wider school life, including enrichment activities and team initiatives

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching KS1 or relevant placement experience for ECTs
• A warm, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to early years education
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Confident classroom management and clear communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
