PROJECT MANAGER – TIER 1 MAIN CONTRACTOR

Leeds | £40m+ Major Refurbishment

I’m currently working with a Tier 1 main contractor who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a major £40m project in the heart of Leeds.

The project involves the full refurbishment and transformation of a commercial building, including:

• Full new external façade & building envelope
• New roof
• Major M&E replacement
• Internal fit-out
• Grade A office space
• BREEAM Excellent / high sustainability targets
• Working alongside a major public-sector client

What I'm looking for:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1/main contractor
• Experience delivering £20m+ projects
• Strong refurbishment / commercial / fit-out background
• Confident managing subcontractors, consultants and client teams
• Strong programme, commercial and health & safety knowledge
• Ideally experience working on complex live/occupied environments
