Want to work across VoIP, networking, connectivity, security, site design, installations and Cyber Essentials rather than being tied to a service desk? This could be an excellent next move. An established and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking for a Senior Voice and Network Engineer to become a key technical specialist within its team. The Role This is a genuinely varied, hands-on position covering 2nd and 3rd line support, technical projects and client-facing engineering. You''ll work across: Hosted voice and VoIP solutions Network design, connectivity and security Site surveys, installations and configuration SBCs and carrier integrations Complex fault finding and root-cause analysis Cyber Essentials assessments Technical pre-sales and solution design New technology and vendor evaluation Technologies including Gamma iPECS Cloud, Wildix/x-bees, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti UniFi, SBCs and Colt connectivity.
